ST Collector Manufacturing Lines

Solaris Corporation designs and builds end-to-end manufacturing lines and equipment for the assembly of Flat Plate Collectors for Solar Thermal (ST) Hot Water Systems. These factories are complete, yet modular, allowing for future expansion. A typical plant has an output of 200 collectors/day, on two shifts.

Solar thermal hot water heating is the simplest, quickest, and least expensive way to use renewable energy and reduce the costs and environmental impact of fossil fuels.

ST is often referred to as the “Sleeping Giant” of the renewable energy industry. While it is usually overshadowed by its more glamorous cousin, photovoltaics, the potential market for the growth of ST is enormous.
